YOGA CLASSES

Virtual Chair Yoga

CHAIR yoga for mature and sensitive bodies.  This is the same class that normally takes place at Maple Grove United Church in Oakville.  No prior yoga experience required.  Please bring a yoga mat and dress in comfort (but not too loose) clothing.

This isn’t a frail seniors yoga class – it’s ideal for those who have trouble sitting on the floor for long periods of time.

Gentle Bodies Yoga

MAT yoga for mature and sensitive bodies.  Takes place at Maple Grove United Church in Oakville.  No prior yoga experience required.  Please bring a yoga mat and dress in comfort (but not too loose) clothing.

Friday MORNING:   Gentle Bodies Yoga  10:55-noon

Yoga Strong

Did you know that I teach for the Town of Oakville?

Tuesday EVENING @ Oakville Trafalgar:  Yoga and Strength  7:15-8:15 pm

Thursday EVENING @ Iroquois Ridge:    Yoga and Strength  7-8 pm

Yoga and Strength start with deep stretching of hips and hamstrings, followed by a vinyasa flow.  Modifications for beginners and those with sensitivities are always provided.  Level of difficulty is dependent on the experience of the class (which can vary since this is a drop-in program).

This class are part of the Town’s drop in schedule which are included with your fitness membership.  Please consult the Town of Oakville for more information.
