Meditation and Mindfulness Classes in Oakville | SPRING 2024

These meditation and mindfulness classes are a course on self-discovery and is for anyone who has been curious about try meditation but has difficulty shutting off their minds or staying focus for short period. Taught at an introductory level, the meditation classes guide you through a powerful practice of breathwork, visualization techniques and gentle yoga movements.  Benefits include anxiety relief, better sleep and improved focus and/or concentration.

These classes also provide the opportunity to connect with like minded individuals and have small group discussions on mindfulness, life stressors and challenges in a nonjudgmental setting.  Typically the people attracted to this class are experiencing work-life balancing challenges, caregiver burnout or just want to deepen their meditation and yoga practice.

Costs start at $29.56 for residents for 4 weeks session starting April 5.

MOVEMENT, MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS
Oakville Trafalgar Community Centre | Fridays at 12:30pm
Costs start at $80.50 for residents for 7 weeks session starting May 3.
