SCHEDULE

TBW – Total Body Workout

Mondays – Wednesdays – Fridays @ 9:15-10:15 am

Maple Grove United Church – 346 Maple Grove Dr, Oakville

The first half of class combines cardio intervals with weight training sessions.  The second half focuses on balance, core and flexibility.

This class is ideal for the active senior/older adult.  No mat work aloud in this class.  All stretching and cool down takes place while sitting on a chair.

Cost:  $7/class when you register for the session OR $10 drop-ins (space permitting)

Sit Fit

Mondays @ 10:30-11:30 am

Maple Grove United Church – 46 Maple Grove Dr, Oakville

Our philosophy is we do what we can.  We combined indoor walking, stretch training, balance and gentle stretching.  This class is ideal for the older and more mature senior or those with limited mobility.

Please note we don’t sit the entire time and participants are encouraged to use the chair or walking aid to move.

Cost:  $7/class when you register for the session OR $10 drop-ins (space permitting)

Town of Oakville

Did you know that I teach for the Town of Oakville?  Classes run out of Iroquois Ridge Community Centre.

Tuesday MORNING:   Gentle Fit 10:45-11:45 am (class is geared to seniors, older adults and beginners)
Thursday EVENING:    Yoga and Strength  7-8 pm
Friday MORNING:   Body Conditioning   9:30-10:30 am

These classes are part of the Town’s drop in schedule which are included with your fitness membership.  Please consult the Town of Oakville for more information.
