It’s the most wonderful time of year!  Our Maple Grove Fitness classes are starting in September and we’re coming back with a full schedule.  All the information is below.

Total Body Workout, our signature program at the church, is back three times a week.  Here’s what you can expect from TBW: We spend the first 20 minutes focusing on cardio, the next 20 on strength training using either dumbbells or resistance bands, followed by balance, core and flexibility exercises.  There is no mat work in the this class – we never go on the floor but instead us chairs for core and flexibility exercises.Start datesTBW Mondays (taught by Leah) – September 26th (no class October 10) | 11 weeks for $88TBW Wednesdays and Gentle Chair Fitness (taught by Beverly) – September 21st | 13 weeks for $104TBW Fridays (taught by Beverly) – September 30 (no classes Oct 7 & Nov 11) | 10 weeks for $80First class free with no obligation to join us afterwards.  If you join after the start date, rates will be adjusted accordingly.  Prices vary because of the number classes in the session – i.e. there are more classes on Wednesdays, than Mondays and Fridays.  Session runs until December 16th.
