Here you’ll find a little bit more about the program Beverly and I have been offering at Maple Grove United Church since 2014; a bit about the special ladies who frequently been attending our yoga and fitness classes and of course the practical stuff like scheduling and pricing.
We are a community based group fitness and yoga classes gear for mature bodies (aka yoga and fitness class for seniors). Our motto is “Fun first, exercise second… otherwise you would never come back”. Our classes are ideal for seniors: beginners and those looking to get back into fitness.
