I’m disappointed to be once again in this situation in Ontario – our gyms and fitness centres are closed.  January is the most popular time of year for this industry and those who exercise regularly do so not only for their physical health, but mental too.

My motto for the last two years during the pandemic: don’t be mad at the things you cannot control.

I am excited to be offering two yoga for seniors classes virtually in January.  Chair Yoga has be running regularly on Wednesday mornings since 2018 @ 10:30am.  I’m also offering a virtual Yoga for Seniors Level 1 via the Town of Oakville on Mondays at 11:30am for the rest of the month.
